We are keen to receive entries from all AGR recruiting members to showcase best practice across the entire sector, so whether you are a large recruiter or an SME, these awards are open to everyone.
The awards are judged by a panel of professional judges drawn from across the sector, which includes university and supplier partners, as well as fellow recruiters. The Graduate Recruitment Awards are also judged in part by a student panel.
The winners of the AGR awards are announced each year at the AGR Development Conference and the AGR Annual Conference respectively.
