Award Assessment Criteria

  • Vision – what is your Employee Value Proposition? (400 words max.)
  • Highlights – how do you communicate your EVP through the entire candidate lifecycle, from attraction through to development? (400 words max.)
  • Impact – what were the quantitative and qualitative results/measurements? (400 words max.)
