This award is to acknowledge the brand which has achieved the most recognition on UK university campuses during the academic year.

Award Assessment Criteria

The following guidelines were used to judge entries for this award.

  • Vision – what is your Employee Value Proposition? (400 words max.)
  • Highlights – how do you communicate your EVP through the entire candidate lifecycle, from attraction through to development? (400 words max.)
  • Impact – what were the quantitative and qualitative results/measurements? (400 words max.)
