The strengths-based AGR learning framework has been developed to provide guidance and support to managing your own development or within/across your team’s development.
The framework provides a holistic focus on both technical and behavioural skills across, entry, intermediate and advanced levels.
The framework is further complemented by the competency framework that was developed through research undertaken by The Smarty Train, across the AGR membership, a few years go - this framework is focused on behavioural competencies.
There is also a correlative document developed by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers – based in the USA) that provides a competency framework focus on more technical skills.
