Founded in 1968, the Association of Graduate Recruiters is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting employers in all aspects of graduate recruitment.

Our aim is to set the agenda for change in graduate recruitment and our unrivalled knowledge and experience in this field gives employers the edge.

As well as offering impartial, expert advice, we provide our members with access to invaluable graduate market surveys, graduate research findings and briefing papers. We enable members to network and share best graduate recruitment practice by organizing a variety of seminars, conferences, focus groups and online discussion forums. We also ensure that recruiters’ views are heard by decision-makers in government, universities and careers services.
