The regional graduate development networks were set up in 2009 to help individuals within AGR recruiter members who are responsible for graduate development.
If you are responsible for, or have a direct interest in, graduate development within your business you will benefit from joining your local network.
Three regional networks have been established covering the North, Midlands and South. Each region will hold its own networking events two or three times a year. The formula will be similar to the sector focus groups, with graduate developers meeting up to discuss matters of mutual interest. The agenda will include a Hot Topics round table item when members are free to raise whatever issue they want, as well as presentations from development experts from a variety of backgrounds.
Not a member of an AGR regional developer network? Participation in these groups is exclusive to AGR employer members who are involved in the development of graduates within their organisation. Attendees will need to be registered with AGR as either the main or affiliate contact for their company.
