UNDERSTANDING & ENGAGING WITH HIGHER EDUCATION
2-DAY EXPERTISE WORKSHOP
HOW WELL DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE EDUCATION SECTOR?
Are you happy with the relationships you have with universities? Do you understand what drives them — is your relationship mutually beneficial? How might future government policy impact on the way you work together?
The milk round remains an integral part of the graduate recruitment calendar. However, in recent years timescales have changed, and recruiters now need to consider their engagement with universities well beyond the traditional autumn time frame.
As the 2008 / 2009 graduate recruitment season gathers momentum you need to build on the new relationships that you are forming with your target universities. It is time to think about how you can get even more value out of the investment you put in by forging closer partnerships to ensure better results for both employer and university.
This two day expertise session looks at the ways that you can work most effectively with universities and educational establishments to get access to the best talent for your organisation. Delivered by an expert tutor with additional input from guest speakers from universities and industry, you will focus on the tools, techniques and strategies that you need in order to build highly effective and mutually beneficial relationships with careers advisory services, universities and educational establishments.
At the end of the two days you will know how to:
