AGR Graduate Development Conference

The AGR Graduate Development Conference is a unique event which brings together professionals involved in graduate development.

In previous years, the Development Conference has been known to attract up to 120 delegates from across the industry.

Workshops

The AGR Graduate Development Conference is a one-day event held each March. As well as providing a one-of-a-kind opportunity for graduate developments to network with their peers, the Conference is favoured for its thought-leading workshops.  Past titles include:

  • ‘How to meet the development needs of the next generation?’
  • ‘Integrating graduates into your talent strategy’
  • ‘How to leverage internal resources to deliver your development programme’

Hot Topics

Also on the agenda each year is our ever-popular Hot Topic discussion forums. These sessions give AGR members the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and experiences of your peers in the industry. This facilitated session gives you the chance to ask each other for help and advice on those graduate development issues at your organization that are keeping you up at night!

Awards

Winners of the AGR’s Graduate Development Awards are announced at the one-day Development Conference.

The next AGR Development Conference will take place on Thursday 14th March. The theme of this year’s event is “3D Graduate Development: Direction, Developers, Development”.
