The AGR Graduate Development Conference is a unique event which brings together professionals involved in graduate development.
The Development Conference is a one-day event held each March. As well as providing a one-of-a-kind opportunity for graduate developmers to network with their peers, the Conference is favoured for its thought-leading workshops. Past titles include:
- Are your graduates tough enough? Building resilience and well-being (Robertson Cooper)
- Should graduates manage their own development? (IBM)
- Are apprenticeship and graduate development needs one and the same thing? (Outward Bound)
- How to create an early careers development strategy (RBS)
In previous years the Development Conference has been known to attract up to 170 delegates from across the industry.
Winners of the AGR’s Graduate Development Awards are announced at the one-day Development Conference.
The next AGR Development Conference will take place on Thursday 13th March 2014.
