Founded in 1968, AGR, the Association of Graduate Recruiters, is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting employers in all aspects of graduate recruitment. We have a membership of around 800 and a reputation built on a tradition of networking and sharing of information on best practice. Our resources include research publications, benchmarking reports, training events, sector focus groups and much more.
Although the majority of our members are organisations who recruit graduates, our diverse membership base also includes many universities, charities and suppliers of services to the graduate recruitment sector. Suppliers and universities benefit most from networking opportunities; to raise their own profile and that of their organisation amongst key decision makers in graduate recruitment.
