Graduate Recruitment Awards

The AGR Graduate and Development Awards were founded in 1978. Today they are firmly established as a showcase event to recognise and reward best practice across the sector and set standards for the graduate recruitment industry.

Entries for the annual Graduate Recruitment Awards are now closed. Winners will be announced at the AGR Conference on Monday 8^th July.

• Graduate Selection & Assessment (2012 winner: Teach First) (New for 2013 - Under 50 graduates and Over 50 graduates categories)
• Integrated Marketing Campaign (2012 winner: Ernst & Young) (New for 2013 - Under 50 graduates and Over 50 graduates categories)
• Best Employer Brand (2012 winner: Ernst & Young)

Judging process:

The awards are judged by a panel of professional judges drawn from across the sector, which includes university and supplier partners, as well as fellow recruiters.

The winners of the AGR awards will be announced at AGR Annual Conference, which takes place 7th - 9th July 2013.
