Founded on the principles of knowledge-sharing, networking and blue skies thinking, the AGR is a long-established membership body representing and linking professionals from across the far corners of the Graduate Recruitment industry.

With over 40 years’ experience behind us, AGR remains to this day wholly independent and fully committed to supporting our members in all aspects of graduate recruitment.

Our members

Our membership encompasses everyone from the UK’s biggest recruiters, to universities, suppliers, charities, and SMEs. We currently work with over 750 member organisations which, between them, offer a high proportion of graduate opportunities in the UK.

Why join?

By joining AGR, you are not only given the unique opportunity to work with like-minded professionals at our networking events and training sessions, but our members also gain exclusive access to a wide range of resources and publications.

How can we help you?

We believe that each of our members is different; therefore we strive to offer expert advice to meet the needs of you and your business.

Our skill in connecting our members ensures that whatever obstacles you face, we can link you with organisations that have tackled and overcome similar challenges.

We aim to be an authoritative voice on innovation and best practice in the industry. At our annual awards ceremonies for Recruitment and Development, we not only recognise and reward the outstanding work being done by our members, but we also give our newer members the opportunity to learn from our prize-winners, to raise standards for the future of the industry.
