The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) is the biggest network of its kind in the UK.
Founded on the principles of knowledge-sharing, networking and blue skies thinking, the AGR is a long-established membership body representing and linking professionals from across the far corners of the Graduate Recruitment and Development industry.
Who we are
First established in 1968, AGR is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting our members in all aspects of graduate recruitment. We represent over 750 organisations which, between them, offer a high proportion of graduate opportunities in the UK.
What we do
At AGR, our members are at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on being the ‘collective voice of graduate recruiters and developers’ – a reputation we live up to through our unique and exclusive networking events.
We pride ourselves on facilitating discussion and promoting best practice across the industry. In addition to our events and expertise-sharing sessions, we provide a wide range of exclusive publications, briefing papers, reports, surveys and other resources to keep your organisation ahead of the game.
We take good care at AGR to listen to our members, and ensure that your views are heard by the people who count. Throughout our history, AGR has consistently worked towards influencing policy, challenging the status quo, and recognising that the marketplace is global, diverse and dynamic.
