Attracting and retaining the cream of the nation’s talent is an important and expensive commitment and AGR will help to ensure that you do it well.Founded in 1968, AGR, the Association of Graduate Recruiters, is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting employers in all aspects of graduate recruitment. We have a membership of around 700 and a reputation built on a tradition of networking and sharing of information on best practice. Our resources include research publications, benchmarking reports, training events, sector focus groups and much more.

Although the majority of our members are organisations who recruit graduates, our diverse membership base also includes many universities, charities and suppliers of services to the graduate recruitment sector.
