Current areas of activity
The Membership Task Group is currently working on ways of expanding the influence and membership of AGR beyond its traditional boundaries; including careers services, local authorities and employers from outside the UK.
The Membership Task Group wants to make recruitment of new members a responsibility of all members and has established a permanent member-get-member scheme in collaboration with Red Letter Days - updates available through the website or Genevieve.

Development, delivery and evaluation of training services other than information:- - training programmes - agrlive events - codes of practice - research topics - conference planning sub-group Current areas of activity The group recently launched an update of the Best Practice guide, which is available on the AGR website. A full programme of training courses is underway, ranging from Foundation Days to skill workshops in Communciation Skills as they apply to the world of graduate recruitment.
The task group is exploring what other development needs graduate recruiters have, including the more experienced professional. They will also have the responsibility for determining the theme of next year's one day conference.

Current areas of activity The group are currently working on AGR's major research project for 2008 on work/life balance, which will be launched in the autumn. There are also a series of new AGR briefings to be launched in the autumn of 2008 including one on disability in graduate recruitment.
