With over 400 on-site staff at over 40 client sites worldwide, Resource Solutions promises to deliver quality outsourcing using our own unique, up-to-date technology. And whilst RPO is our primary focus this is supported by a range of professional services including marketing and legal consultancy, pre-employment screening and talent management support. Our proven track record over the past decade, supporting a wide range of clients to provide cost-effective resourcing solutions has placed us firmly at the head of the international recruitment process market.
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to work on site at a global pre-eminent financial advisor to companies, governments and investors from around the world. All of which makes our multi-national client an exciting place to be. Join us as a Campus Events and Marketing Coordinator in our Graduate Recruitment team, and you’ll have a challenging, fast-paced environment in which to develop your skills.
Your task, in this key role, will be to support our graduate recruitment activities by managing the relationships with key universities and planning and executing graduate events on our client’s behalf. Day-to-day, you will identify, plan and execute firm wide and divisional events, work with internal creative resources to produce event promotional materials and work with the team on reporting and other administrative tasks. Whether you’re drafting and distributing event memos and invitations to business representatives for key events, producing event post mortems and executive summaries based on data, feedback and first-hand event experience, you’ll work quickly and accurately, drawing on your excellent eye for detail.
In addition to events marketing and planning, you’ll also train and supervise the seasonal Marketing interns who join the team from August through to December. Good communication skills will be vital, along with a professional, client-focused approach as well as an ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role before, dealing with volume recruitment campaigns. Whatever your background, you’ll be organised and commercially sharp, with a gift for events management and building relationships.

University Account Executive - Endsleigh
As a specialist insurer in the Student market, we believe it is important to maintain strong commercial relationships between ourselves and universities across the UK. We have a dedicated field based team of Account Managers who focus on building and maintaining the relationships we have within the Student and Education market in order to identify new opportunities and grow our business.
As an Account Executive in this team you will be responsible for working with universities across your area. You’ll initially be supported in engaging with our partners at a range of levels and through our training and development programme you’ll become confident in negotiation, managing commercial agreements and developing relationships which will support you in identifying new sales and business opportunities in order to exceed your targets.
Through this role you will also develop a detailed understanding of our market, products, claims performance and loss ratios in order to protect accounts. Throughout the year you will develop and implement a range of marketing campaigns managed through our commercial partners in your area focused on increasing recognition of our brand and product sales.
Our fresher’s campaign will require you to utilise the relationships you’ve built to allow us to sell directly to students with the support of a temporary sales team that you will lead. This allows us to interact face to face with students at a variety of events providing opportunity to generate direct business and gaining further insight in to the market.
We are looking for people based in a number of locations across the South of the UK to use your ability to develop relationships and identify new opportunities within a dynamic, student and graduate focused environment.
We have roles in West London, Gloucestershire, Kent, Southampton and the South Coast and East Anglia.
You’ll have previous experience of university, higher education or students’ union environment through your studies as well as involvement in your Union or Guild, ranging from participation in a club or society or a sabbatical officer role.
With your natural drive you’ll become an expert in our markets, our industry and our products and services. You’ll already be comfortable presenting to others and with the support of your line manager and our Learning and Development team you’ll also be given the tools you need to succeed.
It is also essential for this role that you hold a full UK driving licence.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills as well as grow your role through the delivery of new initiatives. In addition to a competitive salary you will also have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus. To aid you in this role, you’ll also receive a company car, laptop and iPhone. All colleagues also have access to a range of company benefits which can be found on our careers website.
Established by students for students, Endsleigh Insurance was created by the NUS in 1965 to negotiate preferential insurance rates for students. From this start we are now a part of Zurich Financial Service which is very much the beginning of a new chapter in our story.
Our unrivalled understanding of insurance starts with undergraduates, for whom we use our specialist knowledge to design exclusive schemes and deliver the products and services they need at every stage of their life.
To do that, we’re always learning, asking the right questions, becoming expert in our own specialist areas. Then seeking out where we can grow and continuously develop.
It’s how we’ve managed to consistently provide appropriate, value for money policies, why we’re recommended by many student unions and it’s what makes us unique: we offer a full customer lifecycle service through product design, issue, change, claim and renewal with a broad choice of leading insurers.
