Working to live or living to work

New study from AGR suggests half of UK’s graduate recruits are suffering from a lack of work-life balance and they feel they would consider moving jobs because of it.

Gaining insight into graduates' attitudes to work is important because achievement of it has been linked to -

*improved employee recruitment and retention
*lower rates of absenteeism
*higher motivation, and
*more effective performance at work

The report concludes by identifying a number of key areas where organisations' policies and practice may have a significant impact on the work life balance of their graduate recruits.
