Graduate Resourcer
Salary 25k - 33k
As part of Atkins Corporate Graduate Team based in Birmingham, you will be responsible for co-ordination of the marketing, attraction and selection of excellent graduates across the Atkins Group.
This appointment plays a critical part in supporting the attraction and recruitment of future graduate talent for the group. You will be part of a successful and established team and will contribute towards the delivery of a key corporate goal. Focussing on defined degree disciplines and allocated key UK Universities, you will provide a quality graduate marketing and recruitment service to internal customers, ensuring that:-
- Excellent graduates are professionally sourced and short listed in line with Atkins' recruitment policies and aims,
- Services provided are in line with Atkins resourcing strategy and business need and,
- Standards of best practice and legal regulation are complied.
Requirements
Practical recruitment experience ideally gained within the graduate recruitment arena that demonstrates:-
The capability to advise on and deliver best practice in graduate recruitment
A thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation, ideally gained through either studies or relevant experience in an HR/recruitment environment
CIPD or AGR qualification an advantage but not essential
Expertise in graduate attraction methodologies including, but not limited to online sourcing, offline marketing collateral, brand proposition development and campus activity
Proficient in use of spreadsheet, database and word processing packages - Word and Excel, and knowledge of using recruitment databases
Expertise in recruitment of graduates within the relevant degree discipline to Atkins, i.e. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Geotechnical, Aerospace, Chemical or Structural Engineering and Architecture, Planning, Surveying and Telecoms.
