Senior Consultant - Selection and Assessment

As a result of the increasing demand in our assessment services and rapid business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced graduate selection and assessment professional to strengthen our in-house senior assessment team. Your area of expertise will include conducting job analysis, developing competency frameworks, designing assessment events and psychometric testing. Experience of managing the implementation of these projects is essential.
You will have proven expertise in the design of assessment exercises in line with recruitment best practice and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently on a number of demanding client projects either independently or leading a team. You will have a working understanding of KPIs and SLAs and have an exceptional track record of maintaining both internal and external client relationships at a senior level. Qualifications in Occupational Psychology or Human Resources are desirable.
