Associate Recruiting Manager (MBA/Experienced Hire)
Mckinsey & Company is a global management consultancy firm based in central London. We are currently looking to recruit an Associate Recruiting Manager who will report to the London Office Recruiting Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice in Associate recruitment in order to attract high-calibre individuals from a wide range of industries and worldwide business schools. You will provide high quality knowledge input to recruiting strategy and initiatives working closely with the head of recruiting and other members of the core Associate recruiting team. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for senior hires into the London office.
You will manage a team of three recruiters. You will work closely with you team to oversee overall stream targets, identify key target groups and new methods of attraction. You will also be responsible for providing management information reports as needed.
You will provide team management and support to the associate recruiting team through proactively coaching and providing guidance and support. You will assist in defining goals and ensuring delivery; and manage the recruiters' year end review process.
We are seeking a confident professional who brings experience in both experienced hire and MBA recruiting and recruiting a senior level. You will need strong leadership skills and proven experience of managing and coaching a team. You will need to have the ability to have impact and act as a thought partner with the wider recruiting team and consultants, showing an ability to define key issues, decide on appropriate methodologies and to develop an implementation plan. Strong oral and written communication skills are also part of your skill set.
