The award winning NHS Graduate Training Scheme is currently managed by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. In the 2008 Times Top 100 Graduate Employers Survey, the NHS was voted number 5, the highest placed public sector organisation in the country.  The scheme aims to attract the most able graduates who are the future potential Directors and Chief Executives within the NHS.
We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to develop and implement the recruitment and selection strategies for the Graduate Training Scheme to ensure we continue to attract high calibre graduates into the NHS. You will be responsible for the overall graduate marketing strategy and to advise the senior managers within the department on appropriate campaigns and activities. In addition, the post holder will develop and implement the marketing and resourcing strategies for the Gateway to Leadership and Breaking Through Programmes, ensuring connectivity between the three schemes of work.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a Post Graduate HR related qualification, you will also be British Psychological Society A and B intermediate qualified.  You will have significant relevant experience of managing volume recruitment processes with a substantial and demonstrable track record of success.
