Our Careers Service is already well established. Now we're looking for you to bring real vision, credibility and inspiring leadership skills to shape its future direction, at both our Hull and Scarborough campuses. It's a challenging role - and one that offers a high level of autonomy. With a focus on strategic vision and service enhancements, you'll lead organisational change and manage our careers service team to deliver the high quality service that our students deserve.
To succeed, you'll be educated to degree lever, or equivalent, with significant professional level experience within the careers advisory field. You'll ideally have a professional qualification in careers guidance, together with considerable experience in a higher or further education setting, or the graduate recruitment arena. What's vital is that you combine the superb interpersonal skills to build productive relationships while leading and developing a team to deliver service enhancing results.
