Graduate Recruiter – Every 2 months; book at least a month ahead

AGR’s official magazine is published every two months and is distributed to around 1400 contacts, including 770 AGR members; although more than likely the total readership is far greater because we know that it is passed around HR and recruitment teams. Furthermore, copies are also distributed via other channels and at relevant events in the graduate recruitment calendar, to ensure that it reaches as wide an audience as possible.

Graduate Recruiter is the most targeted method of advertising your products and services directly to a huge number of graduate recruitment professionals.

Advertising rates start from as little as £350 + VAT. You can also advertise in our classified section from just £135 + VAT!

Opportunities associated with the AGR Conference (July each year)

As informative as it is enjoyable, this is the premier graduate recruitment event of the year with a varied menu of plenaries, seminars and workshops.

Every year the conference gets bigger and better with the 2007 event attracting 600 delegates!

Conference News – Published in July; book by end of May
Conference News was designed as a single source of information for everyone at the conference – maps, news, session information, features, and an exhibition guide. Handed to all delegates as they register, it is now firmly fixed as the conference bible for delegates! Advertising opportunities are available. Contact AGR by May each year to book a slot in the next edition.

Exhibition – Book in the spring
This runs parallel to the conference in an exhibition hall and usually attracts around 40 stands (details are normally sent out to AGR members via our conference organisers in the spring of each year). Sponsorship – Premier sponsors book by March; others by end April

We also offer a number of sponsorship opportunities, which can be both financial and in-kind. Details of these packages are sent out to members in February. Sponsorship has proved a very popular choice with associate members, as they consider it to be an excellent way of raising their profile – giving them the opportunity to meet many graduate recruitment professionals under one roof!

Find a Supplier Directory – Year round

AGR's Find a Supplier was set up as a directory exclusively for members of the AGR. It contains details of providers of services tailored specifically for those involved in the recruitment and training of graduates, allowing them to browse the range of services on offer in confidence and in their own time.

The directory is accessible to members and non-members and can be viewed on the AGR website in the Useful Information section, or directly from the Homepage.

An annual subscription is available at a rate of £250+VAT, (plus £50+VAT for a logo). Non-member rates £411.25+VAT (plus £50+VAT for a logo).

It is advertised regularly in Graduate Recruiter magazine and in e-bulletins.

And it works! Some AGR employer members tell us that they only use companies listed on our directory, so make sure you’re included!

Direct Mailings – Year round

AGR offer a hard copy mailing service for £425+VAT to AGR members (£575+VAT to non-members). Information can be sent via the AGR office and posted second class to AGR members, ensuring that your details reach those key decision makers.

Advertising on AGR E-Bulletin – Year round

E-Bulletins are sent to all AGR members on average once a week. Responding to demand, we now accept advertising on these for £300+VAT (£400+VAT to non-members). Included alongside other AGR notices, they have proved very popular, especially for more time sensitive material such as invitations and job adverts. Remember, you can advertise your recruitment ad on our job zone too!
